Our standard procedure involves responding to clients exclusively through phone calls. During these calls, we seek permission from clients before sending any text messages, especially if they express a desire for additional information. Additionally, we provide clients with the option to opt out of receiving text messages at any time by simply replying "STOP" to any message.
